   1. Process flow

  Color stainless steel wire drawing plates (4 pieces) construction preparation → setting out → cutting → welding installation → polishing → weld inspection → polishing.

  2. Main construction methods:

  Before construction, on-site layout should be carried out and the lengths of various rods should be accurately calculated.

  (2) Accurately cut the material according to the length of the protective net, and the allowable deviation of the component cutting length is 1mm.

  ⑶. Select appropriate welding process, electrode diameter, welding current, welding speed, etc., and verify through welding process tests.

  (4) Degreasing and decontamination treatment: Before welding, check whether the groove and assembly gap meet the requirements, whether the positioning welding is firm, and there should be no oil stains around the welding seam. Otherwise, trichloroethylene, benzene, gasoline, neutral detergent, or other chemicals should be selected for brushing with a stainless steel wire fine bristle brush. If necessary, an angle grinder can be used to polish the metal surface before welding.

  When welding, thinner stainless steel electrodes (welding wires) and smaller welding currents should be used. During welding, the welding points between components should be firm, the weld seam should be full, and the welding wave on the metal surface of the weld seam should be uniform. There should be no defects such as cracks, slag inclusion, welding overlap, burning through, arc pits, and needle shaped pores, and there should be no splashes in the welding area.

  After the welding and assembly of the rod is completed, welds without obvious dents or protruding large welding beads can be directly polished. For welds with concave and convex slag or larger welding beads, an angle grinder should be used for grinding, and then polishing should be carried out after smoothing. After polishing, the appearance must be smooth, smooth, and without obvious welding marks.
