Describe what NS334 alloy is
1. The work hardening rate of NS334 is higher than that of austenitic stainless steel, so it is necessary to select processing equipment. The workpiece should be in a solution heat treated state and should undergo intermediate annealing during the cold rolling process. If the cold rolling deformation is greater than 15%, the workpiece needs to undergo secondary solid solution treatment.
NS334 heat treatment: 1. The solution treatment temperature range of NS334 is 1100C~1160C. 2. The cooling method is water quenching, and materials with a thickness less than 1.5mm can also use rapid air cooling. If air cooling is used, it should be cooled from 1000C to 600C within 2 minutes. During the heat treatment process, I parts must be kept clean.
The point to be explained below, which I have never heard of before, is the removal of oxide skin.
The surface oxide of 1NS334 and the adhesion around the weld seam are stronger than stainless steel, and it is recommended to use fine-grained abrasive tape or grinding wheel for polishing. 2. Before pickling with HN03/HF mixed acid, the oxide film must be sandblasted or polished to break.
NS334 welding characteristics: When welding tree nickel based materials, the following regulations should be followed: 1. The work site should be separated separately or have sufficient distance from the processing area of carbon steel, which may be kept clean, equipped with partitions, and avoid ventilation between the two areas. 2. Work clothes and auxiliary equipment should be worn with clean fine grain leather gloves and clean work clothes.
Jiangju and machinery equipment should have special tools for nickel based composite and die lead steel. Steel wire brushes should be made of stainless steel, and machinery equipment such as cutting machines, punches, rolling mills, etc. should be covered with felt, cardboard, or plastic paper to prevent iron and carbon metals from falling on the surface of the machine and causing the processing materials to stick and cause corrosion.
