  The S235 series includes several brands: S235JR-S235J0-S235J2.

  Among them, S is the initial letter of the word Steel, representing steel. 235 is the yield point, and the basic yield must be above 235. The suffix after it represents the impact temperature. JR represents room temperature impact, which is 20 degrees. JO represents 0 degrees impact. J2 represents low-temperature impact, which is -20 degrees below zero. It is usually made from billet and can be produced in thicknesses ranging from 8 to 150.
