How about the cold and hot processing and molding properties of NS 332 alloy?
This performance is similar to the previous Ni Cr Mo (- W) alloys. Because NS 332 alloy has high temperature resistance and is not easy to deform, hot working is more difficult than ordinary high nickel alloys. The suitable hot deformation heating temperature of NS 332 alloy is 1150~1200 ℃, and generally the stop temperature of hot working is ≥ 1000 ℃. The cold working of NS 332 alloy is still good. By using appropriate heat treatment to soften, cold deformation can be easily carried out. However, the cold work hardening tendency of the alloy is relatively large. When the deformation reaches 40%, the tensile strength can reach 1176.7MPa.
