It is worth noting that since 2010, with the strengthening of blast furnace smelting, some steel enterprises have encountered the problem of copper cooling wall damage, which is worth further research and improvement.

Improving wind temperature can effectively reduce coke and fuel ratios, reduce production costs, and is a key technology for sustainable development and low-carbon smelting in the current steel industry. In 2016, 36 steel association member units experienced a decrease in hot air temperature, while 27 companies experienced an increase in hot air temperature. At present, there are still 5 enterprises with hot air temperatures below 1100 ℃, and there is still a long way to go from the ideal high air temperature of 1280 ± 20 ℃, and it is necessary to continue promoting high air temperature technology.
