Quality issues that should be noted for 304 stainless steel plate

 　　1. The size of stainless steel plate exceeds the allowable deviation: For deviations such as insufficient length, width, and thickness of the weld seam, deviation from the centerline, bending, etc., the relative position and size of the welding part should be strictly controlled. Welding can only be carried out after passing the inspection, and careful operation should be carried out during welding.

　　2. Stainless steel plate welding seam cracks: To prevent the occurrence of cracks, suitable welding process parameters and welding procedures should be selected to avoid using high currents and sudden flameout. The weld joints should be overlapped by 10-15mm, and moving or striking the welded parts is not allowed during welding.

　　3. Surface porosity of stainless steel plate: The welding area must be brushed clean, and an appropriate welding current should be selected during the welding process to reduce the welding speed and allow the gas in the molten pool to completely escape.
