The Elements of Heat Resistance and Oxidation Resistance of 310S Stainless Steel Patterned Plate
310S stainless steel patterned plate is a stainless steel pipe produced using low alloy steel as raw material. Its Cr content is close to 24% -26%, Ni content is close to 19% -22%, and the percentage of chromium and nickel in the net weight of the product is very high. Therefore, 310S stainless steel patterned plate has excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The excellent heat resistance of 310S stainless steel patterned plate is due to its improved stress relaxation and compressive strength, which allows it to work for a long time at high temperatures, even at 1250 ℃. Therefore, it is commonly used in the production and manufacturing of electric furnace tubes.
From an external economic perspective, there are many decision-making factors for the heat resistance and oxidation resistance of 310S stainless steel patterned plates:
1、 The difference in initial crystal composition of the 310S stainless steel patterned plate alloy will result in different characteristics. The heat resistance and oxidation resistance of the 310S stainless steel patterned plate with fine crystals and uniform size are outstanding;
2、 Adding other elements to create a spinel structure in the 310S stainless steel patterned plate can reasonably inhibit the external diffusion rate of Fe3+and Fe2+, and improve the oxidation resistance of the 310S stainless steel patterned plate. For example, the higher the water content of Si in the 310S stainless steel patterned plate, the stronger its air oxidation resistance, and Ti also has the same effect;
3、 The more evenly distributed the Cr element in the 310S stainless steel patterned plate, the more evenly distributed the original film produced by chromium oxide. The antioxidant energy of each part of the 310S stainless steel patterned plate is uniform and strong
