Advantages of extruded aluminum

 　　Extruded aluminum has many advantages compared to other metals. Some metals can match some of the ideal properties of aluminum, but no metal can match all of these advantages simultaneously.

　　There are many benefits of aluminum profiles, including:

　　Light. The weight of aluminum is about one-third of the weight of iron, steel, copper, or brass. This makes it easier to handle and transportation more economical. Therefore, aluminum is widely used in automotive design, aerospace, and high-rise buildings.

　　Excellent thermal conductivity. Aluminum has better thermal conductivity than most metals. This makes it an ideal choice for heat exchanger operation. Extrusion can be used to produce the most suitable shape for heat conduction.

　　Affordable. The extrusion process is relatively inexpensive. Even prototypes can be manufactured at a reasonable cost.
