Conventional types of stainless steel patterned plate patterns

 　　The size of stainless steel patterned plates generally includes a length of 6m, a width of 800mm~1800mm, and a common size of 1260mm. The plate thickness ranges from 2mm to 8mm, with an increase of 0.5mm between them. There are three types of patterns: diamond shaped, lentil shaped, and round bean shaped.

　　Stainless steel patterned plates are divided into two categories:

　　One type is produced by steel mills during the manufacturing of stainless steel based on rolling mills. This type of product mainly has a plate thickness of about 3-6mm and is in the state of hot stamping followed by fire pickling. The processing process is as follows:

　　Stainless steel billet → hot continuous rolling mill rolling black coil → hot annealing and pickling line → leveling machine, straightening machine, polishing line → transverse line → hot rolled stainless steel patterned plate

　　This type of patterned board is flat on one side and patterned on the other side. This type of patterned plate is more commonly used in chemical plants, railway vehicles, platforms, and other occasions that require strength. This type of product is mainly imported and generally comes from Japan and Belgium. The products manufactured by Taigang and Baosteel in China belong to this type.

　　The second type is processing enterprises in the market, who purchase hot-rolled or cold-rolled stainless steel plates from steel mills, which are patterned plates made by mechanical stamping. These products have a concave side and a convex side, and are commonly used in general civil decoration occasions. There are many cold-rolled products of this type, and most of the 2B/BA cold-rolled stainless steel patterned plates on the market are of this type.
