What is NS 332 alloy

 　　NS 332 alloy, also known as Chromet-3 alloy abroad, has good resistance to pitting corrosion due to its high chromium and molybdenum content. Its characteristics are basically similar to the previously mentioned Ni Cr Mo (- W) alloy. In the 1960s, in order to meet the requirements of pitting corrosion resistance in nickel extraction engineering in China, a deformation alloy NS 332 was developed based on Chroment-3 to reduce carbon and silicon content.
